Nursing Assistant - Aged Care

About the role

Estia Health is looking for a Nursing Assistant to join its aged care homes in Camden. The role sits within a community of over 14,000 employees across 96 homes in Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia and Victoria, supporting the daily lives of residents and their families.

Key responsibilities

• Lend a hand with daily life so residents feel heard, comfortable and well fed
• Support residents with challenging needs alongside the team
• Help keep residents' bodies and minds active
• Monitor residents' health and help with treatments
• Act as a friend to residents and respect everyone's privacy and dignity

Required profile

• A real desire to make a difference in people's lives
• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
• Experience working as a caregiver or similar
• Team player and great communicator

Required skills

• Solid clinical documentation skills
• Computer skills
