Personal Care Worker (Part Time and Casual)

About the role

Estia Health Wattle Glen, a home offering a warm country-living setting near Wattle Glen and Hurstbridge stations, is looking for experienced Personal Care Workers (PCAs) to join its team on a part-time or casual basis. Shifts cover mornings, afternoons and evenings/night.

Key responsibilities

• Help residents with daily life so they feel heard, comfortable and well fed
• Support residents with challenging needs alongside the team
• Keep residents' bodies and minds active
• Help with treatments and monitor residents' health
• Act as a friend to residents and respect their privacy and dignity

Required profile

• A real desire to make a difference in people's lives
• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
• Experience working as a caregiver or similar
• Team player and great communicator

Required skills

• Solid clinical documentation skills
• Computer skills
