Personal Care Worker - Aged Care

About the role

Seasons Living is hiring Personal Care Workers for its Mango Hill community, a 30-bed residential aged care facility called Care Suites. The role supports residents with daily living and wellbeing, with a strong focus on person-centred care and building warm, trusted relationships. Casual and permanent part-time positions (about 8-25 hours per week) are available, and overnight shifts may be required.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care aligned with each resident's assessed needs, goals and preferences.
• Assist residents with personal care, meals, housekeeping, mobility, medication, transport and companionship.
• Maintain accurate, timely and professional documentation.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with residents, families, colleagues and stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively with nurses, care partners and the wider team.
• Follow legislation, care plans, policies and procedures and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Caring, reliable and collaborative, with a genuine passion for supporting older people.
• Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent (essential).
• Experience in aged care, home care or community care settings.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification (required).
• Current National Police Check or willingness to undertake one (required).
• Unrestricted Australian working rights (required).
• Open driver's licence (desirable).
