Personal Care Assistant (Aged Care) in Bunbury

About the role

Regis Bunbury is seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants‑Assistants-in‑Nursing (PCA‑AIN) to provide person‑centred care for residents in its aged‑care home. The role offers full‑time hours, on‑site work and the chance to make a meaningful impact in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with nurses, doctors and allied health professionals to deliver holistic, person‑centred care.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including care plans, incident reports and observations in line with Australian health standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families and the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.

Required profile

• Hold a Certificate III in aged care (students who have completed placement are welcome).
• Empathetic, compassionate and respectful of all individuals regardless of background.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Required skills

• Basic aged‑care knowledge and practical care techniques.
• Understanding of Australian health documentation standards.
