Personal Assistant - Perth

About the role

HWL Ebsworth, one of Australia's largest and fastest-growing legal partnerships, is looking for a Personal Assistant to join its Perth office. The administrative support team is central to the firm's success, and the role suits someone who takes pride in strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Partners and other legal staff
• Open and close files and use various court filing systems
• Prepare correspondence, contracts and other documents
• Plan events and manage diaries
• Liaise with clients and handle general administration
• Report on matters and prepare monthly billing using the file management system Aderant

Required profile

• Experience with administrative support to Partners or executives within professional services
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellence in stakeholder management
• Strategic and critical thinking capability
• A "can do" attitude
