Personal Assistant for M6 Stage 1 Project

About the role

CPB Contractors is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support the Project Director and leadership team on the M6 Stage 1 road infrastructure project in Sydney. The role ensures smooth administrative operations and high‑level stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day activities and administrative requirements of the Project Director.
• Coordinate complex calendars, schedule meetings, and handle diary commitments across multiple stakeholders.
• Prepare, format, and maintain project documentation, reports, presentations, and briefing papers.
• Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistical requirements for project personnel.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders, providing high‑level customer service.
• Support project events, team functions, leadership workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities within approved budgets.

Required profile

• Certificate III, IV or higher qualification in Business Administration or related discipline (desirable).
• 8‑10 years’ experience in an administrative, executive or personal assistant capacity.
• Experience supporting senior executives on major infrastructure or construction projects.
• Exceptional organisational, time‑management and communication skills.
• High professionalism, discretion and ability to manage confidential information.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
