Permanent Part-Time Nanny, Ascot

About the role

A calm, caring professional family in Ascot, Brisbane North, is looking for an experienced, nurturing nanny to provide warm, one-on-one care for a 7-month-old baby boy. The role suits a childcare professional or professional nanny who loves the baby stage, guiding the child's daily routine, play and development while keeping the home running smoothly. It is a permanent part-time position starting in February 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Sole-charge care of a baby
• Feeding, sleep and daily routines
• Bathing and dressing
• Play-based learning and outings
• Children's and adult laundry
• Light household duties
• Occasional personal errands

Required profile

• Minimum 4+ years' nanny or childcare experience
• Recent professional experience caring for babies
• Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• National Police Check
• Current First Aid and CPR
• Own reliable car, current driver's licence and traffic history report
• Glowing, verifiable references
• Calm, gentle and organised, with a proven record of staying long term with families

Required skills

• Desirable: early childhood qualification (Diploma)
• Desirable: experience establishing sleep and feeding routines
