Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist who already leverages AI to design smarter campaigns, accelerate optimisation, and turn data into actionable decisions. Working directly with the VP of Growth Marketing, you will own global paid‑media execution and drive new‑customer acquisition and eCommerce revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated paid‑media campaigns across search, display, video, social and email, using AI to speed copy creation, targeting and reporting.
• Define campaign KPIs, build reporting frameworks and deliver clear performance recommendations to improve ROI.
• Collaborate with agency partners to meet goals across all paid channels.
• Design and run multivariate A/B tests on landing pages to boost conversion rates.
• Support growth initiatives with targeting, awareness and activation tactics.
• Manage and optimise the company website in partnership with the content team.
• Drive HubSpot and Salesforce initiatives, including nurture campaigns, segmentation, lead management and data integrity.
• Work with GTM operations on CDP, tagging and audience updates.
• Oversee social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) alongside the content team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in performance marketing with a strong focus on AI‑enabled optimisation.
• Data‑driven mindset, comfortable synthesising cross‑platform performance data into actionable insights.
• Ability to operate globally and collaborate with senior leadership and external partners.
