People Partner

About the role

As a trusted People Partner you will work closely with senior and operational leaders to deliver high‑impact people and industrial relations support. Based in the Erskine Park branch, you will help embed best‑practice HR frameworks while driving commercially focused solutions across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to provide pragmatic HR, IR, performance and capability advice.
• Lead employee relations matters including investigations, performance management and compliance.
• Drive workforce planning, talent management and succession outcomes.
• Embed consistent performance management and annual review processes.
• Support organisational change, design and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline (preferred).
• Demonstrated experience in HR generalist support, including recruitment and employer branding.
• Strong understanding of Australian HR, IR, HSE and Workers Compensation legislation.
• Proven ability to analyse data, generate insights and support workforce planning decisions.
• Well‑developed stakeholder engagement, coaching and presentation skills.
