People Experience Coordinator

About the role

The People Experience Coordinator is the engine room of Judo's People & Culture team, ensuring seamless employee experiences from onboarding through offboarding. You will work closely with P&C business partners to deliver accurate people processes and maintain high‑quality data.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate ‘moments that matter’ for team members, including onboarding, promotions, and leaver activities.
• Maintain data integrity in the HRIS (ELMO) across onboarding, learning, and compliance modules.
• Produce monthly P&C reports on headcount, attrition, and compliance to support decision‑making.
• Support WGEA reporting and ad‑hoc surveys, projects, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a dynamic People & Culture environment.
• Proven ability to manage people processes and enhance employee experiences.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
• Adaptability to fast‑paced, changing priorities.

Required skills

• Experience with HRIS systems, preferably ELMO.
• High‑level proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel.
• Data reporting and analysis capabilities.
