People & Culture Coordinator

About the role

The People & Culture Coordinator will partner with the Head of People & Culture to drive recruitment, people operations, employee relations and experience initiatives across a growing oncology provider.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment, source candidates via SEEK Premium Search and other channels, and support senior leadership hiring.
• Prepare employment contracts, manage onboarding, maintain employee records in Employment Hero, and assist with remuneration reviews.
• Provide first‑level guidance on policies, support employee relations matters, coordinate workers‑compensation and WHS reporting.
• Produce workforce reports, dashboards and people metrics, analysing turnover and engagement data.
• Support employee engagement programs, employer branding, internal communications and EVP initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in HR, People & Culture, recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Highly organised, resourceful and able to adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with leaders, employees and candidates.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Employment Hero or similar HRIS platforms.
• Ability to leverage AI tools for reporting and employee experience improvements.
• Strong analytical and technology skills for data‑driven decision making.
