People Coordinator

About the role

Dovida is seeking a People Coordinator to join its Maidstone team. You will work closely with leaders to support people decisions, ensure compliance, and develop scalable HR practices while fostering a positive environment for caregivers.

Key responsibilities

• Support a team of Caregivers and the Caregiver Coach through performance management and development.
• Partner with leaders on employee relations, performance issues, and broader people matters.
• Maintain compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
• Identify gaps in HR processes and implement practical solutions and frameworks.
• Improve HR systems, including Zoho, and streamline related processes.
• Use data and insights to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Sound knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation.
• Solutions‑focused, organised, and adaptable.
• Relevant HR qualification preferred or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Zoho (HR system experience).
