About the role

AustCorp is seeking an experienced 360‑perm trades recruitment consultant to join a warm, respected desk with consistent job flow. You will receive a week of induction training in Sydney before operating in the Western Australia market, working alongside a top performer to deliver quality outcomes and build long‑term client partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end permanent recruitment for trades and technical engineering roles.
• Work closely with long‑standing trades, industrial and manufacturing clients.
• Build thoughtful, consultative relationships rather than transactional ones.
• Contribute to team discussions, mentoring, and shared success.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years agency recruitment experience with a permanent focus.
• Passion for trades, technical or engineering markets.
• Commitment to quality delivery and trusted relationships.
• Confidence running a desk while valuing team collaboration.
