People and Culture Graduate

About the role

Clublinks, a leisure and community management leader managing golf, leisure, recreation and residential communities across Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland and Western Australia, is looking for a motivated, curious and people-focused graduate to join its People & Culture team in January 2027. Based at the Scoresby head office and reporting to the Head of People, the graduate gains hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle, working closely with leaders and teams across Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Recruitment and onboarding
• Fair work and Award interpretation
• Payroll and remuneration
• Learning, development, engagement and wellbeing initiatives
• Employee engagement activities and monitoring
• HRIS administration

Required profile

• Recently completed, or in the final stages of completing, a Bachelor of Business majoring in Human Resources or equivalent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and sound judgement with confidential information
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task and adapt to change
• Previous administration, customer service or workplace experience

Required skills

• Confident use of Microsoft 365 applications
• Ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the business
