About the role
Tech Mahindra is seeking a Pega NBAA Developer to build and maintain next‑best‑action decisioning components in Pega CDH.
Key responsibilities
- Configure actions, treatments, strategies, engagement and contact policies, adaptive models and data flows.
- Integrate channels, troubleshoot defects, and support testing and releases.
Required profile
- 2–5+ years of Pega development experience, including hands‑on CDH/NBA delivery.
- Ability to work on NBAA development strategies, actions, treatments and deployment packages.
