About the role

Tech Mahindra is seeking a Pega NBAA Developer to build and maintain next‑best‑action decisioning components in Pega CDH.

Key responsibilities

Configure actions, treatments, strategies, engagement and contact policies, adaptive models and data flows.
Integrate channels, troubleshoot defects, and support testing and releases.

Required profile

2–5+ years of Pega development experience, including hands‑on CDH/NBA delivery.
Ability to work on NBAA development strategies, actions, treatments and deployment packages.
