Paste Fill Operator (FIFO) – Perth

About the role

Gold Fields is seeking a Paste Fill Operator to join its underground mining crew on a FIFO roster based in Perth. You will be responsible for installing, operating and maintaining paste‑fill reticulation systems that support ground stability and enable continuous production.

Key responsibilities

• Install, operate and maintain underground paste‑fill, compressed air, ventilation and water/dewatering systems.
• Carry out regular inspections, preventative maintenance and timely repairs of equipment.
• Provide technical guidance during handovers and support the team in maintaining high safety and housekeeping standards.

Required profile

• Proven underground mining experience, preferably with service crew and paste‑fill exposure.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot system faults.
• Valid manual C Class Driver’s Licence.
• WA Dangerous Goods Security Card and Working at Heights certification.
