Passenger Reduced Mobility Agent – Sydney Airport (Part‑time)

About the role

Join Menzies Aviation as a Passenger Reduced Mobility Agent at Sydney International Airport. You will provide wheelchair and Meet‑and‑Assist services to passengers with reduced mobility, ensuring a safe and comfortable journey from check‑in to gate.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and transport passengers requiring wheelchair or Meet‑and‑Assist services to and from gates.
• Support passengers with reduced mobility and unaccompanied minors with baggage and personal belongings.
• Work closely with Passenger Service Supervisors to deliver seamless service.
• Escort connecting passengers between terminals as needed.
• Perform additional duties as directed by managers or supervisors.

Required profile

• Ability to perform continuous walking, standing, and lifting throughout the shift.
• Physical stamina to push, pull, and manoeuvre wheelchairs safely.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and clear communication skills.
• Professional grooming and presentation.
• Organisational ability in a fast‑paced environment.
