About the role

Join Resmed’s Yokine clinic as a Sleep Coach, delivering exceptional in‑store and phone customer experiences while supporting people on their sleep health journey.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and provide tailored sleep solutions.
• Fit customers with masks and equipment after training and maintain trial equipment.
• Achieve individual and clinic sales targets through genuine engagement.
• Manage stock levels, merchandising, store cleanliness and process sales transactions accurately.

Required profile

• Retail or customer‑facing sales experience with a passion for helping people.
• Strong listening, communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Positive, collaborative attitude and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Confidence using point‑of‑sale and other technology systems.
• Ability to organise, manage inventory and maintain high store standards.
