Part‑time Customer Solutions Advisor (Robina)

About the role

As a Customer Solutions Advisor you will be the front‑line champion for Vodafone customers in the Robina store. You’ll help shoppers discover the right devices, accessories and plans, and guide them in using Vodafone’s digital services.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable mobile solutions.
• Provide product demonstrations and explain the benefits of the latest devices and accessories.
• Assist customers with technical queries, troubleshoot issues, and support them in using the Vodafone app.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Vodafone’s product portfolio through ongoing training.
• Achieve sales targets while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic communicator who enjoys helping people.
• Adaptable, eager to learn about new technology and trends.
• Positive attitude with a genuine interest in Vodafone’s products.
• Flexible availability to work a minimum of 15.25 hours across at least three shifts, seven days a week.
