About the role

The Avani Broadbeach Residences is expanding its housekeeping team and is looking for part‑time Common Area Cleaners to maintain shared guest areas to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all common guest areas, ensuring hygiene and visual appeal.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily cleaning targets and operational goals.
• Follow safety protocols and environmental standards while using specialised cleaning equipment.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a resort or hotel environment is highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Physical fitness to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Professional communication skills for interacting with guests, team members and contractors.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
