About the role

Globeia is expanding its presence in Sydney and seeks a reliable, detail‑oriented Administrative Associate to be the first on‑ground representative. This part‑time, hourly position starts with 5‑15 hours per week and may grow as client volume increases.

Key responsibilities

• Meet clients across Sydney to handle administrative paperwork and document processing.
• Coordinate appointments and manage day‑to‑day client communications.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, documents, and timestamps.
• Serve as the local point of contact for Globeia’s global team.
• Support the rollout of a future Melbourne office when volumes justify the move.

Required profile

• Comfortable commuting throughout Sydney by tram, train, or on foot.
• Flexible availability; schedule built around personal availability and client demand.
• Sharp attention to detail and ability to double‑check critical information.
• Professional, warm, and presentable when meeting clients.
• Fluent English; additional language relevant to client communities is a plus.

Required skills
