Parts & Accessories Sales Representative

About the role

A client is looking for an experienced Parts and Accessories Salesperson for a motorcycle dealership in Brisbane, on a part-time basis. The role suits someone with genuine motorcycle dealership experience, especially in spare parts, accessories, customer service and retail sales. It involves helping customers with parts enquiries, recommending products, processing orders and supporting the day-to-day running of the parts and accessories department.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with motorcycle spare parts and accessories enquiries.
• Identify and recommend suitable parts, accessories and products based on customer needs.
• Process sales, orders and product enquiries accurately.
• Provide professional customer service in person, by phone and by email.
• Support stock control, merchandising and general parts department operations.
• Liaise with workshop staff about parts availability and requirements.
• Maintain product knowledge across motorcycle parts, accessories and related items.
• Work effectively as part of a dealership team.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a motorcycle dealership environment.
• Strong experience with motorcycle spare parts and/or accessories.
• Good customer service and communication skills; sales-focused and able to assist customers professionally.
• Willingness to work 3-4 days per week, including Saturdays.
• Based in Brisbane or willing to relocate.
• Full working rights in Australia; sponsorship is not available.
