Part-Time Sales Advisor (Chadstone, Melbourne)

About the role

H&M is hiring a part-time Sales Advisor for its Chadstone store in Melbourne, working from 1 November 2026 to 31 January 2027. The role is about giving customers friendly, high-quality service and helping them find the right garments.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them throughout the shop, from the cash desk to the fitting rooms and shop floor
• Process deliveries and replenish stock
• Merchandise the latest garments on the shop floor

Required profile

• Customer-focused, adaptable and action-oriented, with strong communication skills and willingness to learn
• Willing to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
• Valid work visa and ability to commit fully for the duration of the contract
• Previous retail experience and confidence advising on fashion trends, materials and sizing are preferable but not mandatory
