Part-Time Retail Manager

About the role

TerryWhite Chemmart Milton is looking for a part-time Retail Manager to lead the retail side of its community pharmacy in Milton, NSW. The role is highly visible and involves leading by example on the shop floor, engaging with customers and driving retail sales and profitability. It also covers stock management, merchandising standards and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing retail team through hands-on leadership
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support the team on the shop floor
• Oversee daily store operations, merchandising, catalogue execution and presentation standards
• Manage performance, training and ongoing development of the team
• Maintain retail compliance and keep the team informed on current products and promotions
• Manage stock control, inventory processes and retail performance targets
• Resolve customer enquiries professionally and keep the store safe, organised and welcoming
• Drive sales growth while fostering a positive workplace culture

Required profile

• Previous retail leadership or management experience in community pharmacy
• Hands-on, customer-focused leader who thrives in a busy retail or pharmacy environment
• Understanding of retail KPIs, sales performance and profitability
• Genuine commitment to supporting the local community
