Part-Time Nanny (Baby & Toddler Care) - Tallebudgera

About the role

A caring family in Tallebudgera, Queensland is looking for a friendly, genuine and caring nanny to look after a 10-month-old baby and a 4-year-old child. The role is part-time, 4 days a week, on a 12-month contract starting as soon as possible, at $35-$40 per hour (negotiable for the right candidate). The family is happy to work with the nanny to set a consistent arrangement once work schedules are confirmed.

Key responsibilities

• Care for the 10-month-old baby on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and the younger child for two full days each week
• Assist with kindergarten and daycare drop-offs and pick-ups
• Support daily routines, play and outdoor activities such as swimming, bike riding and ball play
• Prepare meals and snacks, help with laundry and tidying, and assist with occasional household jobs
• Keep parents informed and communicate reliably

Required profile

• Childcare qualification
• 3+ years of professional experience caring for babies and young children
• Current Blue Card, current First Aid and CPR certification and excellent references
• Non-smoker; full driver's licence and own car preferred
• Looking for a stable 12-month position
