Part-Time Food & Beverage Attendant

About the role

AVANI Melbourne Jazz Corner Residences is looking for enthusiastic, service-driven Food and Beverage Attendants to join its team on a part-time basis. The role covers breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts with flexibility required across all seven days, including weekends and public holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Take guest orders accurately and attentively, recording them to accommodate guest preferences
• Recommend food and beverage options confidently
• Serve food and beverages professionally and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction
• Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging warmly with guests and addressing their needs promptly

Required profile

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress, bartender or in a similar hospitality role
• Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification
• Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service
• Professional presentation, excellent communication skills and reliability in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
• Working rights in Australia or New Zealand
