Part-Time EAP Clinician

About the role

Assure, a provider of EAP, leader support, critical incident and workplace interventions, is seeking clinicians for a part-time position. You will deliver coaching and counselling support using a client-centred model of care and brief therapy, helping people manage their work, health and life journey.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver clinically validated coaching and counselling support to individuals
• Provide brief therapy and client-centred care across a wide range of issues
• Identify workplace issues and communicate them appropriately with the relevant stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell EAP services to organisational customers

Required profile

• Qualification in Psychology or Social Work with current registration
• Brief therapy and solution-focused intervention skills
• Critical incident experience is desirable, as is experience in workplace intervention strategies such as facilitated discussions and workplace behaviour coaching
