About the role
The Customer Service Specialist will support the National Service Team of the Aon‑HIA joint venture, delivering smooth insurance and construction industry operations. Working three days a week (22.5 hours), you will assist brokers and clients throughout the insurance application process and provide comprehensive administrative support.
Key responsibilities
- Manage enquiries via web portals, email and phone, ensuring timely responses.
- Process insurance applications, amendments, cancellations, policy renewals and client payments.
- Enter and maintain client information in internal CRM and Aon systems.
- Monitor Home Warranty and Domestic Building Insurance applications and policy deadlines.
- Prepare and verify invoicing using Excel data and reports.
- Collaborate with brokers, insurance teams and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Support ad‑hoc administrative and project tasks as required.
Required profile
- Strong administration and customer service experience.
- Ability to follow financial and insurance procedures and investigate issues.
- Self‑motivated, able to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
- High attention to detail and excellent time‑management skills.
- Capable of prioritising multiple complex tasks to meet deadlines.
Required skills
- Microsoft Excel for data handling and reporting.
- CRM database management and data entry.
