Part-Time Customer Service & Sales Consultant - Craigieburn

About the role

Telstra is hiring a part-time Retail Customer Service & Sales Consultant in Craigieburn. As a Retail Consultant you give frontline support by helping customers choose products, activate services and troubleshoot basic issues, creating positive experiences through good communication and adherence to retail standards.

Key responsibilities

• Help customers find the right products and services for their needs
• Stay up to date with the latest gadgets and services and offer informed guidance
• Use consultative selling to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Work with the team to create a welcoming environment and support store goals

Required profile

• Great communication skills and a solution-oriented approach
• Sales drive and motivation to exceed targets
• Eagerness to learn and a resilient, positive attitude
• Customer-facing experience is a plus but not required

• Pay of $34.36 per hour, with junior rates for those under 20
• Penalty rates: 25% extra after 6 PM on weekdays, 25% on Saturdays, 100% on Sundays and 150% on public holidays
