About the role
Stockwell is seeking a Parking Experience Officer to join its Stockpark team in Dutton Park, Brisbane. The role focuses on delivering a seamless and friendly parking experience for patrons of Stockpark‑managed car parks across Queensland.
Key responsibilities
- Provide professional, proactive customer service to all car‑park users, handling enquiries and resolving issues.
- Support day‑to‑day parking operations to ensure efficient traffic flow and customer convenience.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers, tenants, and visitors.
- Report on operational performance and contribute ideas for improving the customer experience.
Required profile
- Previous experience operating car parks or in a similar customer‑facing role.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently.
- Clear communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle public interactions.
