Park Manager – Victor Harbor Beachfront Holiday Park

About the role

Lead the day‑to‑day operations of Victor Harbor Beachfront Holiday Park, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, a well‑presented park and a high‑performing team. You will report to the Operations Manager and work across front office, housekeeping, grounds and maintenance, stepping in wherever support is needed.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily park operations and maintain high guest satisfaction at every touchpoint.
• Inspire, coach and develop a high‑performing team while fostering a positive service‑focused culture.
• Drive commercial performance through budgeting, forecasting, revenue management and cost control.
• Oversee park presentation, asset management and preventative maintenance to keep facilities safe and guest‑ready.
• Manage capital improvement projects and operational initiatives that enhance guest satisfaction and business performance.
• Monitor key business metrics, identify efficiency opportunities and improve financial outcomes.
• Ensure health, safety and compliance standards are met across the park.
• Lead workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding and training.

Required profile

• Proven success as a Park Manager, Assistant Park Manager, Resort Manager or senior hospitality/tourism leader.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop high‑performing teams in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and building an engaged team culture.
• Current and valid Working with Children check (essential).
