Paralegal – Legal Delivery Centre

About the role

DLA Piper’s Legal Delivery Centre (LDC) is seeking motivated Paralegals to support high‑volume, document‑intensive work across Contentious, Corporate Transactional and Real Estate matters. You will join a collaborative, technology‑driven team that adapts to fluctuating demand while gaining exposure to clients and senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct disclosure reviews and manage document production.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts.
• Provide support on corporate deals, including transaction documentation.
• Assist with real‑estate transactions and related legal activities.

Required profile

• Completed or near‑completed law degree (or non‑law degree with a law conversion qualification) and available for full‑time work, OR at least 2 years’ experience as a Paralegal.
• Strong academic record demonstrating quick learning and a commitment to excellence.
• Team‑oriented, supportive attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic, high‑calibre environment.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail and flexibility to adapt to varied tasks.
