Paediatric Psychologist

About the role

AIM Therapy is seeking a Registered Paediatric Psychologist to join its dynamic team in Western Australia. The role involves delivering individual and group therapy to children in clinic, home and school settings, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and build therapeutic relationships with children and families.
• Design and run creative, play‑based therapy sessions in clinics and community locations.
• Work closely with schools, families and other stakeholders to ensure coordinated care.
• Review therapy progress, plan next steps and support transitions.

Required profile

• Current General Registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist.
• Valid Working With Children Check, National Police Clearance and driver’s licence.
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect with children and families.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Required skills

• Experience delivering paediatric psychology services.
• Familiarity with assessment tools and therapeutic resources for children.
