OutSystems Developer (Sydney/Melbourne)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced OutSystems Developer to join our team for a 6‑month engagement in Melbourne and Sydney. You will work on designing, building, and deploying enterprise‑grade web and mobile applications using the OutSystems low‑code platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and release applications on the OutSystems platform.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot defects, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement performance improvements.
• Ensure code complies with security standards, coding guidelines, and enterprise architecture.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, reusable components, and release notes.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, analysts, QA, and client stakeholders to deliver business outcomes.
• Mentor junior developers and share knowledge to improve engineering practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 + years of professional software development experience.
• Strong background in delivering enterprise applications using low‑code platforms.
• Proven ability to work in Agile teams and communicate effectively with cross‑functional partners.
