OSHClub Coordinator

About the role

Junior Adventures Group is looking for a passionate OSHC Coordinator to lead its service at Australian Islamic Kewdale OSHClub. The role leads a team of Educators and oversees a before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12, running Monday to Friday across the Rise then Shine (6:30am-9:00am) and Stay and Play (2:45pm-6:00pm) shifts. It is a permanent part-time position of 32.75 hours per week, including 4 hours of paid non-contact administration.

Key responsibilities

• Create and lead a dynamic, child-centred program with activities such as STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts.
• Build strong relationships with children, families and the school community.
• Take full ownership of the team's roster and manage day-to-day operations.
• Ensure compliance and handle admin tasks.
• Lead a team of Educators and foster teamwork and growth.

Required profile

• A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow.
• Completion of a relevant ACECQA-recognised qualification, including a WA First Qualified Educator qualification.
• National police check (paid by the employer) and state working-with-children check.
• Australian working rights.
• Child safety and safeguarding principles are a top priority, with thorough background checks.
