OSHC Service Manager

About the role

Kellyville OSHC Club is looking for a Service Manager to lead a large, established Outside School Hours Care service. This full‑time role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on interaction with the team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Coordinators, Assistant Coordinators and Educators.
• Drive exceptional educational programs and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Act as Educational Leader and Nominated Supervisor, ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework.
• Build strong partnerships with children, families, schools and the wider community.
• Manage service operations including budgets, rosters, enrolments, compliance and workforce planning.
• Prepare the service for Assessment & Rating and maintain high‑quality standards.

Required profile

• Working towards or completed a Diploma Qualified Educator qualification in NSW (ACECQA).
• Previous leadership experience managing an OSHC or Early Childhood service.
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Assessment & Rating.
• Current Working with Children Check/Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain).
• National Police Check and Australian working rights.
