OSHC Service Manager – Baldivis

About the role

The OSHC Service Manager will lead a busy out‑of‑school‑hours care service in Baldivis, overseeing a team of coordinators and educators to deliver high‑quality experiences for children.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a large team of Coordinators, Assistant Coordinators and Educators.
• Drive exceptional educational programs and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Act as Educational Leader and Nominated Supervisor, ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework.
• Build strong partnerships with children, families, schools and the wider community.
• Manage service operations including budgets, rosters, enrolments, compliance and workforce planning.
• Prepare the service for Assessment & Rating and maintain high‑quality standards.

Required profile

• WA First Qualified Educator qualification in accordance with ACECQA.
• Previous leadership experience managing an OSHC or Early Childhood service.
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Assessment & Rating.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Current Working with Children Check, First Aid/CPR/Asthma/Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain), and National Police Check.
• Australian working rights.
