OSHC Educator - Primary School Children

About the role

Junior Adventures Group (JAG) is recruiting an OSHC Educator for its Point Clare OSHClub, which supports primary school children through play in fun, engaging environments. The role suits university students, parents or anyone needing midday flexibility, and is designed to fit around your timetable and other commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Create exciting, engaging experiences for primary school children in the morning and afternoon programs.
• Work the guaranteed minimum of 15 hours per week: 6:30am-9:00am Mon-Fri (Rise then Shine) or 2:30pm-6:00pm Mon-Fri (Stay and Play).
• Gain hands-on experience with children while working around university placements and other commitments.

Required profile

• A genuine passion for working with children.
• A team player who wants to grow and learn in the role.
• National police check (paid by the employer) and state working-with-children check.
• Australian working rights.
• Completion of National Child Safety Training before onboarding (via Gecko).

• Pay of $27-$38 per hour plus super, with an extra $21 per day for split shifts.
