OSHC Educator – Play, Create & Inspire Kids

About the role

Join the OSHC team at Googong OSHClub and help create exciting, engaging, and unforgettable experiences for primary school children. You’ll work morning and afternoon shifts, with a guaranteed minimum of 12 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver fun, educational activities such as building rockets, scoring goals, and creating art projects.
• Supervise children safely during both the Rise then Shine (6‑9 am) and Stay and Play (2‑6 pm) programs.
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment where kids can make new friends and develop social skills.
• Assist with extra‑hour coverage during school holidays as needed.

Required profile

• A genuine love for working with children.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team‑player attitude with a desire for future leadership roles.
• Willingness to obtain a national police check and a state working‑with‑children check (covered by the employer).
• Valid Australian work rights and a relevant children’s services qualification or enrolment.
