About the role
CXG is seeking a Freelance Customer Experience Trainer to work with luxury retail brands across Australia. You will design and deliver engaging training programmes for frontline teams in beauty, watchmaking and fine jewellery sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse client learning needs and tailor training programmes to drive impact.
- Deliver in‑person and online workshops, coaching sessions and retail programmes using storytelling, gamification and real‑world scenarios.
- Adapt training content to reflect cultural nuances of Australian cities such as Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth.
- Provide post‑training feedback and support to reinforce learning.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 + years of on‑ground training experience in luxury beauty, fine jewellery or watchmaking retail.
- Proven background in service excellence, client experience or learning & development.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
