OSHC Educator (Part-Time) - Oxley

About the role

Helping Hands Oxley, part of Junior Adventures Group, is looking for an OSHC educator to support primary school children in fun, engaging environments. The role suits university students, parents or anyone needing midday flexibility, and is designed around your timetable and other commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Work with primary school-aged children in the morning Rise then Shine program (6:30am - 9:00am, Monday to Friday) and/or the afternoon Stay and Play program (2:30pm - 6:00pm, Monday to Friday).
• Provide guaranteed minimum hours of 13 per week.
• Extra hours are available during school holidays.

Required profile

• A genuine passion for working with children.
• A team player who wants to grow and learn in the role.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (the employer covers it) and a state working-with-children check.
• Australian working rights.
• Completion of National Child Safety Training before onboarding (via Gecko).

• Pay of $27-$38 per hour plus super, with an extra $21 per day for split shifts.
