OSHC Coordinator – Williamstown

About the role

Join Junior Adventures Group in Williamstown as an OSHC Coordinator, leading a team of passionate educators and delivering a vibrant before‑ and after‑school program for children aged 5‑12.

Key responsibilities

• Create and lead a child‑centered program featuring STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts.
• Manage team rosters, day‑to‑day operations and compliance requirements.
• Handle administrative tasks, including 6 paid non‑contact admin hours per week.
• Work split shifts: 7:00‑9:00 am and 3:00‑6:00 pm, Monday‑Friday.

Required profile

• Natural leader who enjoys guiding and developing a team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to obtain a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
• Completion of National Child Safety Training before onboarding.
• Relevant diploma‑level qualification (or working towards it) as per ACECQA.
