OSHC Coordinator – Vermont

About the role

Join Junior Adventures Group in Vermont South as an OSHC Coordinator, leading a team of passionate educators and delivering a vibrant before‑ and after‑school program for children aged 5‑12.

Key responsibilities

• Create and lead a child‑centered program featuring STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts.
• Manage team rosters, day‑to‑day operations, compliance and administrative tasks.
• Oversee a large service of 70+ children with diverse needs and backgrounds.

Required profile

• Natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and fostering growth.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (covered by employer).
• State working‑with‑children check and Australian working rights.
• Completion of National Child Safety Training prior to onboarding.
• Working towards or holding a VIC Diploma‑Level qualification for educators.

Required skills

• Leadership and team management.
• Program planning and activity design for children.
