About the role

Join the Trinity Grammar Prep Strathfield OSHClub as an OSHC Coordinator, leading a team of passionate educators and delivering a vibrant before‑ and after‑school program for children aged 5‑12.

Key responsibilities

• Create and lead a child‑centered program featuring STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts.
• Manage team rosters, day‑to‑day operations and compliance requirements.
• Handle administrative tasks, including paid admin hours and reporting.
• Foster a collaborative environment and support staff development.

Required profile

• Natural leader who enjoys guiding a team.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (covered by employer).
• State working‑with‑children check and Australian working rights.
• Completion of National Child Safety Training prior to onboarding.
• NSW Diploma Qualified Educator qualification.

Required skills

• Experience planning and delivering educational activities for children.
• Ability to manage staff schedules and operational compliance.
