About the role

Join Junior Adventures Group as an OSHC Coordinator in the Croydon area, leading a team of passionate educators to deliver a vibrant before‑ and after‑school program for children aged 5‑12. This permanent, part‑time position offers split shifts that give you a balanced day.

Key responsibilities

• Design and lead a child‑centered program featuring STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts.
• Manage team rosters, day‑to‑day operations and compliance requirements.
• Handle administrative tasks and ensure a safe, engaging environment.

Required profile

• Natural leader who enjoys guiding and developing a team.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (covered by the employer).
• State working‑with‑children check and Australian working rights.
• Complete National Child Safety Training before onboarding.
• Working towards or holding a VIC Diploma‑Level qualification for educators.
