OSHC Casual Educator – Central Coast

About the role

Join the OSHC team at Junior Adventures Group on the NSW Central Coast and create exciting, engaging experiences for primary school children. You will work across sites in Gosford, Point Clare and Wyoming, covering morning and afternoon shift programs.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and engage children during the Rise then Shine (6:00‑9:00 am) and Stay and Play (2:00‑6:00 pm) programs.
• Facilitate activities such as building rockets, sports, arts and crafts, and encourage social interaction.
• Ensure a safe environment by completing required background checks and adhering to child safeguarding policies.

Required profile

• Genuine love for working with children and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player with an interest in future leadership roles.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (covered by the employer) and a state working‑with‑children check.
• Valid Australian work rights and a relevant qualification in children’s services or be studying towards one.
