About the role

Join Junior Adventures Group at Chatswood Primary OSHCare as an Assistant Coordinator. This permanent, part‑time position (15 hours per week) offers split shifts that give you midday flexibility while you develop leadership, operations, and team‑management skills.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Educators onsite, fostering a positive learning environment.
• Manage rosters, service operations, compliance, and administrative tasks.
• Create and deliver child‑led programs such as STEM, cooking, sport, art, and craft activities.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, schools, and the wider community.

Required profile

• Willingness to obtain a national police check (covered by the employer).
• Eligibility for a state Working‑with‑Children check and Australian working rights.
• Completion of National Child Safety Training prior to onboarding.

Required skills

• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage schedules, compliance documentation, and program delivery.
