Organisational Change Manager - Transformation Program

About the role

A Brisbane-based team lead in IT and telecommunications project management is looking for an experienced change professional to support a major transformation program within a large Queensland government department. The role partners closely with senior stakeholders to drive organisational change, workforce transition, business readiness and adoption of new ways of working. It suits someone comfortable in large-scale transformation settings, with an immediate start on a 3-month contract.

Key responsibilities

• Lead organisational change activities across a major transformation program
• Develop and execute change strategies, roadmaps and implementation plans
• Assess organisational impacts and support workforce transition activities
• Partner with business leaders to drive engagement and change adoption
• Monitor change readiness, risks, issues and benefits realisation

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience leading organisational change initiatives in large-scale transformation programs
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including working with senior executives
• Experience in large enterprise or government environments
• Workforce planning, restructuring or operating model transformation experience

Required skills

• Prosci or other Change Management certification
• Change strategy development and implementation planning
