Operations Support Agent – Warehouse Storeperson

About the role

As an Operations Support Agent (Warehouse Storeperson) at FedEx, you will ensure that customer inventory is received, stored, managed and dispatched accurately, supporting businesses across Australia’s supply chains.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks and containers, receive, putaway and replenish inventory.
• Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Complete system transactions, update inventory records and investigate stock discrepancies.
• Prepare freight for transport, including labelling and wrapping, and support customer enquiries.

Required profile

• Current Australian Forklift Licence (essential).
• Experience in warehouse, logistics or supply chain operations.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and commitment to workplace safety.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• RF scanner operation.
• Warehouse management system usage.
• Computer and data entry proficiency.
